This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:
It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.
We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.
This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.
Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.
It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
It’s highly probable this software program is malicious or contains unwanted bundled software.
Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are likely to be real positives.

First rate software.
We have been using Readerware in tandem with a Chrislands store front for almost two years. I couldn't be more satisfied. Readerware performs flawlessly with our ever growing inventory. We are presently at about 12,000 sku. The best thing about Readerware is its unparalleled tech support. I've had a number of questions over time. I do not think it has ever taken more than a few hours to obtain the appropriate assistance. I think I'd like to see a more contemporary interface. That, however, is a minor point. More

Highly usable, intuitive and capable, could do with aesthetic improvements..
I have been using Readerware for a decade, when there was literally nothing else available that would do the job. I keep track of my collection of over 1800 books, and find that Readerware is quite up to the job. It's not library software as you would find in your local college or Uni, but it really does the job, and constant minor improvements really have stacked up over time. The only thing I would ask for is a more contemporary and customisable interface. It still looks a bit like DOS to me.
Cons:
A more library-like book search facility.
Integration with EndNote, Mendeley, etc. More
